The easiest way to get there is by the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman metro line and get off at Taksim station. You can also take the F1 Kabataş-Taksim funicular line or the F2 Karaköy-Şişhane funicular line if you are near the coast.
If you are far away, go to Yenikapı by other metro lines or Marmaray and take the M2 line to reach Taksim. Usually, it’s not ideal to use buses or taxis to get somewhere in Istanbul unless they are the only option. The underground system is the fastest compared to others.
